All orders are sent registered with tracking

Tracking advice will be forwarded to your email address once the items have been dispatched from our warehouse

We endeavor to send all orders within 1-3 days 

Occasionally, items ordered may be placed on back order or temporarily out of stock. If this is the case, the rest of your order will be sent out and the back ordered item(s) will be sent free of charge once they arrive back into stock

 

We will ensure that we pack your order with the greatest of care and consideration of safety, but in the event of your order arriving in a damaged state or an error of goods received, please contact our friendly team via email

International Postage

Our prices are inclusive of GST - all international orders will be charged exclusive of GST upon invoicing

​Some parcels sent overseas will be quarantined by Customs and an additional fee is paid to Customs to release the parcel to you. Please check the applicable Custom laws in your country before placing your order. Wood you like to play? is not liable to pay such fees and is not responsible for the rejection of your parcel or any extra fees or charges associated with your delivery
